This Refund and Service Cancellation Policy sets out the terms under which clients may cancel services and request refunds from Cosmic Mirage. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Cosmic Mirage provides professional consulting, coaching, and training services. As delivery involves the allocation of time, preparation, and proprietary intellectual work, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the guidelines below.
For once-off engagements (Strategy Sessions and Business Development Audits):
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing.
For ongoing monthly retainer engagements:
Written notice must be submitted via email or the contact form on cosmicm.co.za.
For WIDB and TOR Methodology workshops:
Programme deferrals to a future cohort may be considered at Cosmic Mirage's discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method used on Paystack. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form or at sales@cosmicm.co.za with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Cosmic Mirage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule engagements due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, technical failure, or force majeure. In such cases, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation under South African law before litigation is pursued.
