These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Cosmic Mirage, a sales consultancy and business development coaching practice operated by Sne Goba, registered in South Africa. By purchasing any service from Cosmic Mirage, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cosmic Mirage provides the following professional services:
Detailed scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided prior to payment.
All services commence following the client's acceptance of a written proposal. Acceptance may be communicated via email confirmation or a signed service agreement. The proposal constitutes the scope of work and forms part of these Terms.
Payment is processed via Paystack (credit card, debit card, or EFT). Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle or upon agreement for once-off engagements. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of invoice.
Retainer clients are billed monthly in advance. Services will not commence or continue where payment has not been received.
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and content produced or shared by Cosmic Mirage — including the TOR Methodology™, WIDB programme content, and associated training materials — remain the intellectual property of Cosmic Mirage and Sne Goba. Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the engagement as confidential. Cosmic Mirage will not disclose client business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, scope adjustments, or suspension of services without refund.
Cosmic Mirage provides advisory and coaching services. Outcomes depend significantly on client implementation and market conditions. Cosmic Mirage does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, growth targets, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cosmic Mirage reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately in the event of non-payment or conduct that undermines the professional nature of the relationship.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Cosmic Mirage may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on cosmicm.co.za with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance.
